Usher covers Billboard Magazine’s May Issue. His new album ‘Looking for Myself’ drops June 12th. I hope he has found his self and went back to singing real R&B. I don’t want this album to be filled with R&B/pop tracks…. If so, I can always play my Confessions and 8701 albums!! The real Usher sings on those!!!

Classic Mojito

Ingredients:
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and stir. Top with chilled club soda or seltzer water. Add a lime slice and mint, and serve.

Blackberry Mojito

Ingredients:
1/4 cup blackberries
3 mint leaves
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 ounces white rum
Cracked ice

Crush together blackberries, mint leaves, sugar and lime juice with a the back of a spoon until the mixture becomes slightly mushy. Add rum and ice, mix, and garnish with a lime slice.
